Reservation Confirmation
A non-refundable security deposit of $50 is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, including same-day cancellations, will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their security deposit.

Repeated no-shows may require full payment at the time of booking for future appointments or may result in the inability to schedule future services.

Late Arrivals
To provide every client with the highest level of care, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time.

If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Arrivals exceeding 10–15 minutes may require a shortened treatment or rescheduling based on availability. If an appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a new security deposit will be required.

Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Current pricing displayed on our website at the time of booking reflects the applicable service rates.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of your appointment.

In-Home Appointments
To provide a safe and relaxing experience, clients receiving in-home services are asked to provide:

• A clean, smoke-free environment

• Adequate space for the treatment table and therapist to move comfortably

• A comfortable room temperature

• Safe access to the appointment location

If the treatment environment is determined to be unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable, Koiya Body Spa reserves the right to decline or discontinue the appointment. In such cases, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Travel
Mobile services are available throughout Phoenix and surrounding communities.

Appointments outside our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.

Health and Wellness
Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy, medications, allergies, or other health concerns before your appointment.

Certain health conditions may require physician approval prior to receiving lymphatic treatments.

Koiya Body Spa reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment if services are determined to be inappropriate or unsafe.

Illness Policy
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, COVID-19, influenza, or any contagious condition, please contact us prior to your appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled to protect the health and safety of both clients and practitioner.

Children and Pets
For the most relaxing experience, we kindly ask that children and pets be supervised throughout your appointment. This helps ensure both safety and an uninterrupted treatment.

Parking
Complimentary parking within a reasonable distance of the appointment location is appreciated. If paid parking is required, the cost may be added to the service total.

Packages
Package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Koiya Body Spa.

Unused sessions have no cash value.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Right to Refuse Service
Koiya Body Spa is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if treatment is deemed unsafe, medically inappropriate, or if inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior occurs.
